If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

 

Return Of Merchandise Purchased Online:

Merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Please send your merchandise back to us at the address below:

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. We will re-issue a full refund upon receiving the purchased goods.

 

Exchange Of Merchandise Purchased Online:

For all exchanges, goods must be sent back to us at the customer's expense. Upon receiving the purchased item(s), the remaining amount will be used towards the new item(s) of your choice. Please use the 'Contact Us' page to let us know which item you want to exchange your return for, or alternatively call 07944497071.


Return Of Merchandise Purchased In-Store:

Merchandise purchased in-store must be returned in its original condition within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot accept in-store purchases to be returned via post.

 

Other important information related to returns:

  • If there is an issue or imperfection with the item received, please contact us providing full and clear details of the issue.

 

  • For items that do not fit, or other 'change of mind' scenarios, you will need to cover the return cost. Our Customer Service team will not be able to offer a free return service for you.

 

  • Thermal underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the product has been abused.
